Fattoria di Vaira is located near Campobasso in Molise, Italy. Established in the late 19th century, they are now one of the country's largest biodynamic farms, encompassing over 500 hectares, with 40 hectares dedicated to vineyards. They are on a mission to make biodynamic wines more accessible and bring the good stuff to more consumers. Named after a long-serving farmer on the estate, Vincenzo is a cracking orange wine. Made from a blend of Trebbiano and Falanghina, it has aromas of white peach, lemon zest, and wildflowers. Zesty green apple and pear skin meet a textured, lightly grippy palate, finishing with saline minerality and citrus pith. Unfiltered and rustic, it pairs beautifully with grilled seafood or burrata. Serve lightly chilled.
